A simple registry scan with CCleaner Pro fixed this in an instant. I would just now like to determine what program hosts it, or if it is an integral part of Win10? It has not shown up in any previous scans, nor shown any previous errors. Hotkey is not on my list of installed apps and features (programs) in 'Settings'. The file location is C > Program Files (86) > Hotkey and from the dates on the folders the program was probably installed prior to this (custom made) machine being delivered.

Investigating Task Manager, it seems that HkeyTray 32 is now running on my laptop machine, which I do not recognise and have not seen before. Only the following windows updates installed yesterday, which seem to have started the issue. The notification disappears, with no other apparent effect.Ĥ.
